This guy is me thirty years ago😂. Bought a crapload of shitty tools to fill my tool bucket. Got shit on by the entire crew. Struggled to do the work. Learned my lesson and piece by piece put together an awesome set of tools. The top journeyman in our shop saw I was serious and took me under his wing. Never been laid off. Definitely due to my journeyman training me and understanding the importance of using good tools. Great video. You’re saving many apprentices from the pain we went through.

Jokai nr.15 is the best for socket and lamp installations, I'm surprised you don't have it. Jokari have a coax striper also, it can be used for thin cables

You have more strippers than a red light district 😆. I'm a daily driver of forged and instalation strippers from knipex. I wanted the channellock version to work but I had 4 pairs that the handles slid off and even after epoxy or tape to try and keep them on. I wanted the needle nose tips but I'll stock to my current choices. One underrated stripper I've got in the last year ish is milwaukees new v notch strippers that are under 10 dollars. I've had a ton of v notch strippers and they all are mediocre these new milwaukee v notch strip as well as the good pairs. Plus they're tiny thin and fit in mpx to mp2x pouches without issues.

To be honest I don’t use my Klein stoppers bec a utility blade is just better

Have you tried Vessel screwdrivers? I got the ratcheting ball screwdrivers and JPS honestly feels like it fits Philips screw heads better than a Philips driver

The vde style always feel to thick when using, besides you can still work live with normal comfort grip, normally on low voltage it's fine

I do hvac installation and service and I love the new Milwaukees. I prefer to use the 7in1s for the electrical of condensers and disconnect due to the lineman style pliers, while I love to use the 6in1s for things like thermostats, zone boards and any other smaller electrical parts where I can use the needle nose pliers to make precise bends to make my work neat.

I’d love to see them also include a red and a couple flat different size flats and a Phillips number 1 and 2 number three Robertson and Robertson 2in the and Robertson 1 a Robertson an

Knipex and klein are my go to wire strippers same with the linesman and diagonal cutters

@AE I think the European version of the Knipex Forged Wire Strippers is exactly the same as the American, but just has European wire size labels. Or are the holes for stripping different sizes? Just thinking you could order the VDE from Europe, if they’re the same sizes with different labeling.

7 in one Milwaukees are great, I prefer the 6 in one tho. I do industrial, & between my Kleins (lineman) & those Milwaukee 6 in ones, I can’t think of any better combo!

After being blue collar my whole life, I’ve bought endless tools. I can proudly say that Milwaukee 12v fuel for drill and impact was so smart, I switched from flex. I stick with klein hand tools and screw drivers, and I got a veto shoulder carry bag. Don’t buy shit tools because you’ll be buying again

Doyle’s linesman pliers is legit. And because it’s only $20 I’m not scared to use it as a hammer

Hi took my pliers and cut the allen key to use as a bit in the drill. This guy make his work easer to makin a wire striper from my bran new, chrome plated, shiny pliers. Sins then NOWBODY is touching my hand tools
